Yoga for Kids/Teens 8-week sessions

- What: Yoga for Kids and Teens (age 7+ years), 8-week Session

This program also includes weekly yoga and meditation challenge, which helps kids to keep up with their routine yoga practice.

I am a Bio Chemistry Graduate with Masters in Nutrition and Food Technology. I served in food industry for few years. I started doing Yoga when I became a mother. Yoga helped me a lot during early motherhood so I refer myself as an Yoga Mom.
I am a member of Yoga Alliance since 2018. I completed my RYT 200 Teacher training from “The Yoga Institute, Mumbai”, INDIA in 2017. The course comprised of Introduction to Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Hath Yoga, Physiology and Anatomy, Stress management and Yoga Wellness.
Later I did my advance teacher training from ISVA YOGA Academy, Mumbai, INDIA. The course was based on traditional Yoga to sharpen the skills, to teach yoga asanas which also build a firm foundation to bring about complete transformation in you at physical, emotional and spiritual level. Teaching correct postures, body alignment to ensure maximum benefit and safety. It also covered details of pyranayamas, mudras, meditation techniques and pain management.
I am teaching Yoga since 2017. Currently I am teaching Yoga at Marquis at Silverton, Cary, NC for adults, teens and kids from beginners to intermediate level. My aim is to bring forth the love and respect for art of yoga and all that it compasses.
